Your Mission as a Labourer
As a Lobourer, you will be responsible for carrying out various construction tasks, which may include maintenance, installation, and restoration operations to support Drax’s systems for producing pellets.
- Your duties is associated to tasks like maintaining the highest degree of safety standards and adhering to all applicable corporate and governmental legislation,
- You will be responsible for using a range of tools and equipment for maintenance and rail-related tasks, and carries out related task.
- You will be doing cleaning duties in accordance with the Plant Manager’s or their designee’s daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.
- Assisting maintenance staff by providing basic maintenance tasks when plant is down itself or under the direction of maintenance staff.
- Help in ensuring that train cars are loaded quickly and safely.
- You will be providing assistance in loading pellets and fulfills the administrative work required for pelletized pellet shipment.
- You’ll be taking part in measures for quality control and perpetual growth.
- Utilizing transportable equipment in the provided way.
- Reporting violations and/or safety issues.
Your Qualifications
- Drax Group is looking for applicants with a high school degree or its equivalent and expertise in the heavy sector.
- Candidates have to prove that they are adept at using mobile equipment effectively and safely.
- For this position, strong industrial experience is greatly valued.
- Applicants with prior experience using mobile equipment are given priority.
