NIS Screening Date 2023: The Nigeria Immigration Service wishes to announce to all candidates who applied for the yet-concluded recruitment exercise that the 2023/2024 screening date is out on the recruitment portal.

State-approved centers and dates have been released, go to your email as information has been sent or visit the https://immigrationrecruitment.org/ portal to check your screening date and centers as announced by the Nigeria Immigration Service.

The Nigeria Immigration Service wishes to announce to the public that the names of successful candidates have been released. Candidates are to report to their respective screening with the original and photocopies of their academic certificates, certificate of birth, certificate of state of origin, recent passport photograph, a valid means of identification, and copies of their Photocard printed from the official portal.

NIS 2023 Screening Date

The screening of shortlisted candidates will be held in all approved respective states of origin. However, the 2023/2024 shortlisted candidates are to report to their states of origin for their screening exercise, which will commence on Saturday 04 March 2023.

After the screening exercise, shortlisted candidates will be transported to the NIS training school for documentation assessments. They shall commence training activities which will last for a period of six (6) months. Successful candidates can go through their email submitted during their registration, as necessary information has been sent to them through their various emails.

These activities consist of physical screening and screening of academic credentials. Candidates who do not report to their respective screening centers on the official date, scheduled for Saturday, 04 March 2023 will be disqualified.

NIS 2023 Screening Centers

The NIS 2023 screening exercise will be held across 36 states, including Federal Capital Territory Abuja. Shortlisted are to report to their respective centers on or before Saturday, 04 March 2023 with their letter of invitation printed out, WASSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB online scratch card, copies of your Photocard printed, a pair of canvas shorts and a white vest and certified medical certificate.

Including two (2) pairs each of plain white T-shirts and blue shorts, Trade Test or City guild certificate, passport size photograph, First School Leaving Certificate and other relevant qualification documents must be presented and submitted both original and photocopies of this document at the screening center.

Shortlisted candidates have been notified of the 2023/2024 NIS screening date and centers. However, information has been sent through various emails by Nigerian immigration to successful candidates through the email address they submitted during the yet-concluded NIS 2023 recruitment.
