    KASUPDA Recruitment 2022 Position & Requirements

    KASUPDA is hereby inviting interested, qualified persons to apply for the positions listed below:

     

    S/NO POST GL NUMBER NEEDED REQUIREMENT
    1. TOWN PLANNING OFFICERS      
    a. Chief Town Planning Officer 13 4 a) A Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution, plus at least Eight (8) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)  He must be registered with Town Planning Registration Council

    of Nigeria TOPREC

    b. Principal Town Planning Officer 12 5 a) A Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution, plus at least Eight (8) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)  He must be registered with Town Planning Registration Council of Nigeria TOPREC

    c. Senior Town Planning Officer 10 5 a)  A Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from

    a recognized institution, plus at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b) Doctorate degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution, plus one (1) year post qualification cognate experience.

    d. Town Planning Officer Grade I 09 36 a) A degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution, plus at least two (2) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)  Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution plus at least one (1) year post qualification cognate experience.

    e. Town Planning Officer Grade II 08 39 a) A degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution.

    b) A professional diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution (not equivalent to Higher National Diploma certificate).

    2. TECHNICAL OFFICERS (TOWN PLANNING)      
    a. Principal Technical Officer Grade I 12 06 a) Higher National Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized institution plus at least Twelve (12) years post qualification cognate experience.
    b. Principal Technical Officer Grade II 10 08 a) Higher National Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized institution plus at least nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience.
    c. Senior Technical Officer 09 15 a) Higher National Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized institution plus at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience.
    d. Higher Technical Officer 08 28 a) Higher National Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized institution.
    e. Technical Officer 07 26 a) Ordinary National Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized institution plus at least one (1) years post qualification cognate\ experience.
    3. TECHNICAL OFFICERS (CARTOGRAPHIC)      
    a. Chief Technical Officer 14 1 a) Higher National Diploma in relevant subject from a recognized institution plus at least Fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience

    e. Higher Technical Officer 08 4 a) Higher National Diploma in relevant subject from a recognized institution.
    4. TOWN PLANNING ASSISTANTS      
    a. Chief Town Planning Assistant 07 4 a) Senior Secondary School or West African Schools Certificates.
    5. ARCHITECTURE      
    b. Chief Architect 13 1 a)       Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Architecture obtained from a University recognized by the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, plus at least Nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       He must be registered with Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

    b. Principal Architect 12 3 a)       Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Architecture obtained from a University recognized by the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, plus at least Six (6) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       He must be registered with Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

    c. Senior Architect 10 6 a)     Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Architecture obtained from a University recognized by the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, plus at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience.
    d. Architect Grade I 09 1 a)     Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Architecture obtained from a University recognized by the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria.
    6. TECHNICAL OFFICERS (ARCHITECTURE)      
    a. Principal Technical Officer, Grade I 12 1 a) Higher National Diploma in Architecture from a recognized Institute plus at least Ten (10) years post qualification cognate experience
    7. CIVIL ENGINEERS      
    a. Chief Structural Engineer 13 2 a)       Master’s in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute plus at least Eleven (11) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       He must be a registered Engineer with COREN.

    b. Principal Structural Engineer 12 3 a)       Master’s in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute plus at least Eight (8) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       He must be a registered Engineer with COREN.

    c. Senior Structural Engineer 10 6 a)     A Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute plus at least Five (5) years post qualification cognate experience.
    d. Civil Engineer Grade I 09 2 a)     A Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute plus at least Two (2) years post qualification cognate experience.
    8. TECHNICAL OFFICERS (CIVIL ENGINEERING)      
    a. Principal Technical Officer Grade I 12 1 a)     Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant subject from a recognized Institute, plus at least Nine

    (9) years post qualification cognate experience.

    9. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS      
    a. Principal Electrical Engineer 12 3 a)       Degree in Electrical Engineering plus at least Eight (8) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       He must be a registered Engineer with COREN

    b. Electrical Engineer Grade II 08 3 a) Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification registrable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN).
    10. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS      
    a. Principal Mechanical Engineer 12 3 a)       Degree in Mechanical Engineering plus at least Eight (8) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       He must be a registered Engineer with COREN

    b. Senior Mechanical Engineer 10 6 a)     Degree in Mechanical Engineering plus at least Five (5)

    years post qualification cognate experience.

    11. TECHNICAL OFFICERS(MECHANICAL)      
    a. Higher Technical Officer 08 1 a)     Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Building Technology
    12. BUILDING OFFICERS      
    a. Principal Building Officer 12 13 a)       A Degree in Building Technology from recognized University plus at least Eight (8) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       Master of Science Degree in Building Technology from recognized University plus at least Five (5) years post qualification cognate experience.

    c)       He must passed the professional competence examination of the Nigerian Institute of Builders (MNIOB) and registered with CORBON

    b. Principal Technical Officer Grade I( Building) 12 1 a) A Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from a recognized Institute plus at least Nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience.
    c. Higher Technical Officer( Building) 08 1 a)     A Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from

    a recognized Institute.

    13. HEAD BUILDING CONTROL      
    a. Assistant Director 14 1 a)       Master of Science Degree in Building Technology/Architecture/Structural Engineering from recognized University plus at least twelve (12) years post qualification cognate experience.

    b)       He must be registered with by the relevant professional body (CORBON, ARCON,COREN)

    14. STATISTICIANS      
    a. Principal Statisticians 12 1 a) A Degree in Statistics as special subject from recognized University plus at least Nine(9) years post qualification cognate experience
    b. Senior Statisticians 10 2 a)     A Degree in Statistics as special subject from recognized

    University plus at least Six(6) years post qualification cognate experience.

    15. COMPUTER ENGINEERS      
    a. Chief Computer Engineer 13 1 a)     Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification registrable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN), plus at least Eleven (11) years post qualification cognate experience.
    b. Computer Engineer Grade II 08 1 a)     Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification registrable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN).
