Your Mission as a HR Administrative

As HR Administrative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the management team’s input is processed correctly. You’re going to need to be well-organized, motivated, energetic, and be able communicate with team members effectively.

  • Working with in the effective management of the benefits program
  • Cooperation in the administration of the Short-Term Disability Claims initiative.
  • Helping during the job posting phase.
  • Handling hourly time records.
  • Delivering administrative support for the division.
  • Engaging and supporting safety programs and systems.
  • Conserving worker and grievance records.
  • Assisting with the hiring procedures.
  • Managing Employee Relations Activities, such as safety events, hearing testing, and United Way campaigns.

Your Qualifications

  • Post Secondary diploma with at least three (3) years of experience in human resources or administration related.
  • Expertise in Digital skills like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with UKG/Kronos is beneficial.
  • Having the capacity to perform well in a team setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in a unionized work environment would be considered an advantage.
